On the first day we will do an introduction to the basic fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga such as ujjayi breathing, bandhas and vinyasas. We will also review concepts of alignment, especially Sun Salutations and standing asanas. The main objective is to have all the necessary information to be able to perform a safe practice. To finish this first day, we will do a practice where we will apply all the methodology seen before.
It is not necessary to have a consistent Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice. Thousands of modifications can be made to the asanas so that both beginners and advanced practitioners can share the class.
This workshop is designed for Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practitioners who want to improve their knowledge of the fundamentals and body alignment in the asanas in order to integrate them into their practice.

In 2014 I move to Europe and I have the opportunity to practice with good teachers like Suzanne Forde, as well as David Collins, Paula Herbert with whom I studied a little more the philosophy of yoga and did my teacher training in Ashtanga yoga, Also during and before meeting them I could attend workshops of Mudras, Hinde philosophy, subtle bodies and ashtanga with Paula F-Rodriguez, Nacho Kaleta, Cosmin Lancu, pranayama with Paul Dallaghan, Asgtanga yoga with Petri Raisanen and Ashtanga yoga with Manju Jois.

Sobre míMi nombre es Juan Baiana, después de haber trabajado durante años como profesor de Educación Física y terapeuta Gestalt, descubrí la danza, eso me motivó a estudiar en el Conservatorio Superior Alicia Alonso, bailar y actuar en diferentes escenarios del mundo.
