Yoga caliente californiano
Tres estudios en Madrid y alrededores y dos en Barcelona pertenecen a la misma dirección. La Castellana, el de la gran sala caliente, lo visité el día anterior. Los colores allí son todos en diferentes tonos de azul. Ahora, en La Morelaja, en Alcobendas, domina el rojo. Los asientos, el mostrador, los marcos de las puertas, incluso las alfombras son de ese color. Es el estudio más nuevo, sólo se abrió hace algo más de un año.
El estudio se encuentra a unos 13 km al noroeste del centro de Madrid y está situado en un parque lleno de flores. Un cuidador del parque me indicó incluso el camino para llegar al lugar. Un pequeño contratiempo es el hall de entrada, que parece un aparcamiento subterráneo, pero la dirección no puede ayudar. Más bonitas parecen las habitaciones, llenas de rincones escondidos. Incluso la habitación caliente los tiene. Sobre el frente del espejo hay unas pequeñas ventanas con árboles detrás.
Annabelle es la profesora. Mientras tanto, puedo entender la mayor parte del diálogo en español y ella varía la velocidad de las posturas según la necesidad. El clima de la sala es perfecto y muy agradable. Hasta donde se puede decir a 40° centígrados. Al menos, el aire acondicionado permite respirar. Parece que aprovecharon la experiencia en sus otros estudios más antiguos. Marta Morón, la directora, ha entrado junto con su hija pequeña y es muy servicial. Una visita totalmente agradable para mí en esta luminosa mañana de sábado.
